anyways, if you have not seen this movie go and buy it now!
it's amazing
i already loved the beatles music and when i heard they used the songs for a musical i was so freakin' happy
and i just realized that i wanted it has a wallpaper but i could find any wallpapers of across the universe that i liked
so i made my own

you wouldn't think that a lot of work went into this (i know it isn't the best and it's pretty simple but i really like how it turned out) but there is....

i resized the image>gradient layer (the full rainbow one and adjusted it)>made a dark halo (vignette-to better emphasize the peoples faces)>cropped once i found out it was 1400x930 (oops)>added text (you gotta have the movie title on it somewhere if it's a wallpaper, duh )>lastly i used the brush tool on the three blades of grass, whatever it's called (size 200) and tried very hard to evenly distribute it to the edges. i think it looks cool with the grass already in the picture
