*download for 1400x900 which is the original size for my monitor, sry. ladies and gentlemen if your computer is smaller than that
anyways, if you have not seen this movie go and buy it now!
it's amazing
i already loved the beatles music and when i heard they used the songs for a musical i was so freakin' happy
and i just realized that i wanted it has a wallpaper but i could find any wallpapers of across the universe that i liked
so i made my own
you wouldn't think that a lot of work went into this (i know it isn't the best and it's pretty simple but i really like how it turned out) but there is....
i resized the image>gradient layer (the full rainbow one and adjusted it)>made a dark halo (vignette-to better emphasize the peoples faces)>cropped once i found out it was 1400x930 (oops)>added text (you gotta have the movie title on it somewhere if it's a wallpaper, duh
)>lastly i used the brush tool on the three blades of grass, whatever it's called (size 200) and tried very hard to evenly distribute it to the edges. i think it looks cool with the grass already in the picture

but i love the originals and the song versions from the movie equally 'cept for a few like Come Together sounded better to me in the movie

I like the adjustment to the image gradient, it suits the overall mood of the film better,
and thank you, it was either rainbow or green/red for a strawberry
but it didn't look so good for the second choice
